Water: Is It Just That Simple?

Why:

Studies suggest that 50% of Americans are dehydrated. Dehydration impairs your ability to think, drive and perform crucial tasks. Many confuse thirst for hunger, causing overeating and dehydration. Dehydration is the number one trigger of daytime fatigue, nausea, headaches, lethargy and constipation. A 5% drop in body water will cause up to a 30% loss of energy in the average person.

Medical professionals of today do not understand the vital roles of water in the human body.

The Japanese have carried out studies proving that drinking water is a great treatment for: high blood pressure, indigestion, diabetes, constipation, cancer and TB.

Your body needs an absolute mimimum of 4 to 6 8oz. glasses of water per day.

You should drink water on an empty stomach, about 40 to 60 ounces per day.

What kind of water?

Spring water is the best but can be costly.

Reverse osmosis is next best. Many grocery stores have reverse osmosis machines, the only downfall is hauling the bottles back and forth. You could invest in a reverse osmosis filter for your house saving you time and money. I recommend EcoQuest.

Distilled water is another option. The problem is all the good minerals are removed. To restore vital minerals, add a pinch of Celtic Sea Salt to the water.

Tap water should be avoided at all costs (unless you have a reverse osmosis filter on it.)
